Not working on my phone

Adelaide, Australia • 1 years agoI ordered from the website a few weeks ago and my order has apparently shipped, when I went to go into the app to check the shipping status, the app wasn't even loading properly.
It was glitching and totally freaking out.
I restarted my phone twice to see if it was my phone but then I went to the app store and searched the app name it came up with everything but that app.
They just scammed me
