Spent 5 hours trying to speak to a human at BT. Finally got a number that worked for an advisor on my mobile. She said there was a MOS (major service outage) on some lines in the Raynes Park/Wimbledon area (London SW20/SW19) that would be fixed by Thursday 29 Feb. BUT on one BT site the date given was 7 March!!! Compensation will be due to us I think.

Can't log in to bill keeps saying there's a technical issue been like this for weeks.
BT charge a fortune quick enough to remind you that you owe them money but when there are problems at there end all they seem to is sit on there arses and do bugger all to fix it.

40p a minute , we have a very low opinion of BT
