Login to existing NS&I account proving impossible. Tried at least 50 different settings of Safari, Opera and Chrome but after the one-time password code procedure the 'Securing your browser' page appears, then defaults to the login screen again. Absolutely hopeless.

The helpline people are very kind but they keep trying to send me a paper statement, their system says it has been ordered but it doesn't arrive then when they look again the orders have disappeared from their system. Their online help system only deals with a small range of questions that don't apply to this case and keeps trying to direct you back to those.

The site is continually blocked by your Cookies policy. I can access the site on my iphone using Safari but don't want to fill in online forms on my phone. Equally I'm having problems trying to log in and to get a new password. I've experienced no other problems accessing websites - only the NSandI one. It would be helpful if it was possible to speak to a person - your virtual assistant is of no use whatever.

I have tried to deleted the NS&I cookies, but this has no impact.

keep pressing hash key as requested on phone, wont accept it.

Other times, enter one time pass code and screen freezes. Nothing to do with browser as I've tried all 3. Not mobile versus land line as done both. This is not fit for purpose!

I have spent literaly hours with the assistance of the customer services people but still not getting into my account. I then went to the log in the next day and got in emediatly, there appears to be no rime or reason for the problems they are having.
It would appear that there have been changes made to the login procedure that only work intermittently
Please sort it out, I am an old man who dosent want to spend the remainder of his life worrying about if I can log in to my savings.
