Paid part of bill was promised broadband would be on yesterday parents are disabled and housebound and origin have cut off phone and broadband.... parents have alarm in house to contact carers if the fall or need help but origin Has completely cut them off and they are top priority always were with see. They only have a small mobile to call me they have no customer service or care and I have made a complaint to ombudsman as origin have put them at risk . I'm so disgusted. A
