Its been off and on for the last 2 weeks. sometimes OK for a day or 2 then off for a day or more, then comes back for a few hours and off again. Calls to plusnet say its a fault with openreach (seeing as openreach and plusnet areone and the same its their problem, but they like to pass the buck). Useless company, will be changing to another company on full fibre once current contract expires in a couple of months.

Conwy, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland • 1 years agoCan't connect to SMTP of RELAY servers. Thunderbird connects briefly, gets email headers then is disconnected. Deleted items reappear in inbox. Cannot send emails at all as the relay server rejects all log on attempts

North Bergen, United States of America • 1 years agoEmail off 0730 to now 1930 so far. Plusnet just say on the phone 'they are aware of the problem and could be 48 hours'. Plusnet phone and broadband all ok though today for me in East sussex.
