I rang Seaton Premier Inn and the assistant told me it was showing on her screen, but it still isn't on mine, so I have no proof of booking. She gave me the relevant booking number so I tried with that but still no joy. The lady did say they have a new system, so presumably that's the issue. If I can't find details I will have to ring back and insist they send me a confirmation email. I can't chance arriving to find it vanished from their system as well.

No reason provided. Called hotel and was told I can't book via 'phone. And reservations is now closed. What a heap of crap Premier Inn is. Glad there is competition out there.
