Supposed to be able to exit my contract as it's been below my guaranteed speed for more than 3 days now. Sky tell me they have no record of it even though I've got screenshots from their own service checker website to confirm it. They are absoloute lying b***ards! Constantly blaming my setup when it's the crappy openreach infrastructure and incompetent Sky passing the buck again. I can't wait to f**k em off so I can go with a company with better cuatinwr relations.
