Attempted to book a slot, add groceries and check out as usual. But the website gave an error message instead.
The dates also do not match the days on the slot booking page. The first column (today on November 17) reads Sun Nov 16, and then there's a column labeled "Today" and "Tomorrow." Which is clearly wrong. The dates are out by one day, which is probably why no one can checkout. The website has been like this for at least the past two days now.

I'm in Scotland and it recognises it's an IP in central Scotland. Got message on Firefox but MS Edge came up like ransomeware. Rebooted ran spyware clear out and retired. This is the fourth time I have had issues with Tesco in the space of couple of months I get online order as it’s meant to be convenient due to me not driving not local to a big Tesco unable to carry heavy loads and having kids but I’m now going to be left without items that I need for the week please sort out your app or let customers at least know roughly when the app/website will be working again

eg, I have today lost my 23.12 delivery slot which I queued at 6am to get when they became available weeks ago. When I went to book another slot for 10.1.24 (I did NOT have my 23.12 order open at the time), it CHANGED my 23.12 slot to 10.1.24 ☹️. I am furious about it!!

All other websites are OK - just not Tesco's - and their "web support" staff dont believe that there is a problem. As far as they are concerned it must be "me", or my Internet provider, or my computer, or anything else that you can possibly think off, but just not Tesco. It is never going to get fixed if Tesco dont accept that there is a basic problem with tesco.com

Halesworth, United Kingdom • 1 years agoHaving the same problem as Abigail. I can get to tesco.com but no further, except to the two places that Abigail mentions. I can get to any other website. I have tried a different browser, deleting cookies and history, clearing the dns cache, resetting winsock, etc etc. Nothing works. The problem rather obviously resides in the tesco.com configuration but the tesco "web staff" wont accept that because not everyone has this problem at present. This happened last week as well and then "fixed itself". Apparently tesco "had a problem" last week but did not admit it at the time. I suspect the same [or similar] problem - but it wont get fixed until tesco accept that they have a problem with tesco.com. Best to shop elsewhere!
