Mr Terry Yorke, Ashamhouse, Bulls Green Chantry, Frome BA113LY, lives alone, he is an elderly gentleman who also has terminal illness. His only form of contact is via emails,as he is unable to use a phone due to being deaf. His landline telephone incorporates an emergency pager, but this is not working. He has no way of contacting anyone in an emergency.
