@TutaSupport @GenX088 @TutaPrivacy Tuta is not down, but it's possible that your malware protection is blocking access to us - which is a side-effect of the DDoS attacks. We're working with these malware lists to remove our IPs which were wrongfully reported. Please try to access with a different connection.

Scarborough, Canada • 6 days agoNo access to its Website since 06 January 2025 (10 days) ; so cannot access my emails concerning my job applications (past and present ones). I am always using Services Canada stations since 2020 never had a problem.
I am getting the "504 Timeout Error ...remote server" always now.
Can TUTA review the list of IPs blocking access ( Tuta to contact SERVICES CANADA) apparently a false DDsc? or reported a FALSE security issue.

No access to its Website since 06 January 2025 (10 days) ; so cannot access my emails concerning my job applications (past and present ones). I am always using Services Canada stations since 2020 never had a problem.

Account then disappeared altogether and am unable to reset even using the recovery password. Been using Tutanota for years and never had a problem before. Obviously won’t have anymore problems as my account has disappeared!

Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to app.tuta.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.
This never happened before.

Cambridge, United Kingdom • 6 months agoFor several days now Tuta's Android app is unresponsive, with login buffering non-stop. I was able to access my account from my desktop, so whatever it is seems (or at least seemed to be) limited to mobile devices.
