Staff has refused to pay me my winnings !?
I have placed around 6-7 bets and won twice so first time I got my winnings £1500 with no problems but when I got my second winnings £17500 they refused to pay with explanation that I have to prove my income?!
If they don’t want me to bet they should refuse all my bets before I pay??!!
I used my debit card for all bets so they accepted my money but they refused to accept my winning,
This is completely unfair, I will never go to your shop again.
I will not send anybody proof of my income, this is strictly private.

I’m sending you copy of bet slip and I expected to be paid immediately.
Ticket was issued on time, money was taken from my card, so please pay!
In case you refuse to pay, I will take this ticket to solicitors and your company to the court of law.

Their talk system does not function either. They have fixed this very problem before. Tonight, they can't. I won't install another browser to fix the problem WH has somehow caused, or can't fix.
