Your app has been rubbish all day. All our technicians in West London using vodaphone have had issue with ring go today. It took me 20 minutes to get parked at location 6617. After the app wouldn't work for 15 minutes I tried texting, no good. I called, no good. Not good enough. Glad to see your profits are up though.

app not working: refusing to accept payment, then logged me out, then refused to accept SMS security code to let me log back in. Tried telephone service but it was down, so went to RingGo's website but it refused logins. Complete rubbish!

I cannot log into the Ringgo website either Thursday 19th Sept or 20th and again 23rd September
All I get either directly or via the Brent Council portal is the error message "403 Forbidden"
Until this is fixed I wont be able to book in Visitors
