I cannot create an account on your site - this has been for four days now. Today at least when you input your data the Register button is active, but as soon as you click on it you get the message " Mandatory field cannot be left blank"

It has been seven days, and I am still getting the same error and not able to log in! "Sorry you have encountered an error. Please try again in another two hours after clearing your browser and cookies."
I have contacted the Customer service, which is totally useless. Their reply to my query was: Please be informed that VFS is a global website, and you might face some issues while booking an appointment as multiple customers will try to book the appointment at the same time as appointments can be booked only on the VFS Global website as "First come, First serve."
